This plastic injection part is one of 5 plastic components for our Canada customer.
The material has to be fire resistance and UV resistance.
As our client does not have enough knowledge about the plastic injection process,
therefore, We worked together with our client to redesign the structure of the part in order to comply with the plastic injection process. |

These casting parts were for one of our German customer. The casting method is sand casting, the material is QT400. Our client has very high quality requirement with the casting parts, any casting defects will not be accepted After the X-ray detection, we did not find any casting defects from the surface and inside of part.

This stainless steel part was made by spinning process, this part is really hard for
spinning process, as the neck area it too long for the spinning process, after testing
and calculation, our engineer found a way to solve this issue, we divided neck area into
2 parts, then we welded them together after spinning process. And our client could not find and welding marks after polishing, they were very happy with this solution |

Our client is the main supplier for Oil drilling industry from United States.
The product has very precise requirement with casting and final assembly, it consists of two main parts, casting body and Steel Rod.
Quality consistence, lead time and shipping management is considered as the most important key point
of the project. Our customer is using the ˇ°just in timeˇ± system for the stock management, therefore, we need to control the lead time very well.
we have been working together for 4 years and never had quality and lead time problem. |
